Streaming Technician / TECH Support – FedNet, the leading Internet Broadcast News Bureau covering Congress, seeks a candidate with Streaming Media experience to fill a Technician position. As Streaming Tech your primary responsibilities include: Daily encoding and content posting; Set-up and training of customers; provide technical support during normal business hours; Assist in designing and updating of technical and marketing documentation for reCap services; Production assistance from time to time. Excellent compensation plan and benefits if you have multimedia & streaming knowledge, great communication skills, are organized and provide superior support to a diverse clientele.  Hill experience is a plus.  Previous streaming media experience is required.
